Disappointed, we had Millsap install a new system in our business - now they will not answer their phone. Buyer Beware, Millsap is not a reputable company.
Had just what I wanted
Great Family owned business.
I had the system installed 3 years ago. Just turned the ac on and it didn’t work. I called millsap to schedule a service and was told they are booked until June or July and told me to call premier. In my opinion, someone that will show up and collect almost 7000 to install a system, but can’t work me in to repair it three years later is someone to steer clear of. Btw, premier worked me right in.
