Being a new patient . Most Dr's offices mail.you the book they want you to fill out . I got there at 8 : 30 for. An 8:45 appointment. I was given a book to fill out . Told the receptionist I couldn't see all.that small print without my glasses. So for my 8 :45 She wanted me to fill out all the paperwork before being called in the back to wait again .
