I cannot get this dealership to respond to emails or phone calls about their recall work. I feel as though they are waiting for time limitations to run out. I have made several calls and an email with the response "the service department is busy, they will call you back." I have never received the courtesy of a returned call, let alone an appointment. I cannot get ANY customer service here. If I could rate a zero, I would.

Frustrating buying experience. If you dont use their preferred bank, they will tell you you cant leave with the vehicle until the wire clears 1-2 days later. They do not show the same urgency when paying off your loan, its been over a week since sale was final and still not paid. I had to repeatedly tell them i had a lien on trade in, but they were still surprised by that come signing time. Bought a new 2023 4Runner from Mills Toyota in Willmar, MN. As someone else mentioned, sales department was great, no issues. Brought the vehicle in for one of my free oil changes (20,000 miles I believe?) and they DIDN'T TIGHTEN THE OIL DRAIN PLUG. Oil started leaking on my garage floor, thought about bringing it back to the dealership to see what the issue was. Glad I put it up on the ramps myself or I would have lost the rest of the engine oil before I made it to Willmar. It had already lost 2 quarts of oil. Who's the mec... read more

Buying the vehicle was no issue here. The process was quick and easy. Once the vehicle had issues is where I don’t recommend coming here. I had the vehicle for a short time and all the service lights came on. I believe there was 14 of them. They came and got the vehicle from my work. As days went on we never got a phone or update about it. When we did call no one was available to help us.
