I purchased my first vehicle , a Camry, from Mills back in the 90’s. I was a single female that needed to depend on good people to keep me on the road putting on 40 plus miles a day for work etc. I had an accident with a Semi - the safety features of the Camry saved my passengers life. Nobody ever seems to answer the phone in the service department. Have left many messages and eventually someone calls back 3-4 days later. My first brand new car has had more issues than any used car I ever bought.

Writing this review for my father who has been a mechanic his whole life before retirement. Brought in his SUV for tire rotation, oil, and a check engine light. Put a X on one of the tires to make sure they were doing their job. Got vehicle back and charged for all of the work that was supposed to get done. X was still on back left tire and the mechanic swore he rotated his tires. Apologies were given and they offered to rotate them. My dad said you ain’t touching my vehicle. I cannot get this dealership to respond to emails or phone calls about their recall work. I feel as though they are waiting for time limitations to run out. I have made several calls and an email with the response "the service department is busy, they will call you back." I have never received the courtesy of a returned call, let alone an appointment. I cannot get ANY customer service here. If I could rate a zero, I would.
