My roof had hail damage and Mills came out, inspected the roof and helped with the insurance claim process. Once insurance approved my roof repair, they started on time and finished quickly. The staff was friendly, including the installers and the area outside was cleaned when they left. I had a very good overall experience and would recommend Mills Siding and Roofing if you need a new or replacement roof.
The only reason I'm giving a one star is because Mills Siding and Roofing has a nice variety of colors, so our roof does look, "pretty." From the ground looking up it all LOOKS great, but everything else has been our worst expectations coming true. I'll start with the most obvious. Mills is a great company to deal with. Brett made my roof replacement as simple as possible. Tear off and re shingle done in 1 day. Impressive work all around. Highly recommend
I live in Holt, Michigan, and had Mills replace our roof… During the tear off and replacement, the crew was beyond exceptionally professional. courteous and timely. At the end they made sure the job site was cleaned and left in the same condition as it was before they showed up .. None of my landscaping was disturbed… I would recommend this company based on professionalism, job, quality, overall satisfaction, and their willingness to make sure my needs were met.
