I have reached out multiple times since August about warranty repairs to a couple of warped ridge vents on my 5 year old roof that are letting critters into the attic. Despite assurances they would be fixed on a couple of those attempts, it has not happened and we are almost to the end of the season. Ghosting warranty repairs does not instill faith in the company.
Mills has done two insurance covered roofs for me now and always goes to bat for the customer. Appreciate their service and they are easy to work with.
The crew that worked on my roof were nothing short of incredible! They did it all in one day! Lukas worked with me for over a year to try to get my insurance company to pay for my damaged roof. He worked hard and was out here many times. In the end they paid for my garage roof. I saw the photos of the damage and knew I needed a roof replacement on my house as well. Mills Siding & Roofing did a great job on our roof! Taylor was very easy to work with. He responds in a timely manner. We left for vacation the day they did our roof and were very pleased when we returned to a new roof! No issues!! Plus our insurance covered the roof replacement because of wind and storm damage. Thanks Taylor and thanks Mills! Don't know if we would have known to look for storm damage without them reaching out to us! L Smith
Stay Away!!! Very misleading and dishonest. Did not complete all the work they promised and they don’t stand behind their work.
