Mills Roofing was exceptional to work with! From the first interaction through the last they were professional, extremely helpful and just so pleasant. They were great with my insurance company and helped me navigate every step of the way. Austin was professional and available for all of my questions. His assistant Lyn was so kind and went above and beyond during our roof replacement. I would highly recommend working with this company if you need a new roof. They are top notch!
They told me they would do my siding and trim as well when they quoted me the job. They pressured me into signing the contract, then told me after 12 months they didn’t have a sub contractor to do the siding. When I told them I would be using a different contractor, they threatened to sue me, even though they admitted they weren’t providing the services they promised. Our Sales person (DAVID HAYDEN) was about as dishonest as they come. The general Manager that I complained about him to was just as unhelpful. This company is all about getting as much money from you as possible. First DAVID HAYDEN says that he has worked with Liberty Mutual in the past for our Hail damage claim and he would take care of all of the scheduling and all of the paperwork…Lie. We used Mills Siding and Roofing for our roof replacement and would highly recommend their services. We worked with Taylor, and he was thorough and communicative throughout the entire process and was able to answer all of the questions we had. They were prompt, honest, and very clean. They didn’t leave a single nail behind when it was all said and done! I would be very interested in working with Taylor and Mills in the future. Call them today!
