Their communication was excellent, providing regular updates along with photos and videos. Owner Brad Mills clearly values quality work and customer service. We appreciate their effort and would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.
Terrible customer service and zero updates or proactivity after they sold me a bill of goods for $40,000. Unbelievable to pay that amount of money and it doesn’t come with a phone call or an update. Extremely unprofessional.
