We recently had a five-year renewal application of the RoofMax Product by Mills Roofing. Our home is in a very wind prone area in Carson City, and our roof is likely about 15-20 years old. So far, everything is holding up well and the first application of the RoofMax Product five years ago likely contributed to the good condition that things are currently in.
