The absolute best rental company in Chapel Hill and Carrboro. Their AirBNBs are the best value in town as well. Their whole team, from office management, housekeeping, and maintenance is responsive, respectful, friendly, and all around good people. If you see anything hosted by “Amanda” on AirBNB that’s one of theirs, usually. I moved from Chapel Hill to CO last year but I visit often and their the only company I use for lodgings when I’m in town
I've been a tenant for over 6 years and these guys are hands down the best landlords you could ask for. They are quick to respond and resolve maintenance issues, and they're kind, personable, honest, transparent, and operate with integrity. 10/10 highly recommend renting with Mills if you can.
