My husband and I lived here for around 8 months and we really liked it. The apartment was nice, the maintenance was responsive. To be fair, there were a few things that were a struggle: - It’s hard to reach ANYONE in the office. They’re never in the office and they never answer their phone. - The smell of marijuana seeping through the walls, constantly. In the hallways, in our apartment too. Just Moving out soon and honestly can't wait! This is the worst Property Management Company!!! It took them 4 days to come change my AC unit when it was 95° outside. We had no AC for 4 Days. When I told them I had small children they told me "it was not a priority" then once they changed it the unit was too small for the hole in the wall. The box stated its for a 400 square foot room. Hi I want to tell Everyone how Happy I am with Adam. !! He fixed both doors which needed fixed since I moved in my Townhome in Oct 2024 ! He had it done in About half hour ! Had others here from Mills and didn’t get anything fixed ! He is very good and friendly and Excellent Service!! Thanks again Adam !!! Sooo appreciate you !
