The property manager at this location is absolutely horrible!!! One can call, text, email and get no response for weeks. You can also call the main office in Brookings with zero resolution. Please do better.
I’ve been living here at Edgerton apartments for 5 years. Just moved into a different apartment within in the same building. I checked out the apartment before I moved in and didn’t notice the smell, as the carpets had just been shampooed. The day I moved in we noticed the master bedroom smells strongly like cat litter, very pungent. It is supposed to be pet free apartments except for service animals! I had a great experience with the mills A-Team today. Keypad on the door been beeping at me like I did something to it for a little while now. So I make the initial call at 11:32am and by high noon I'm writing this review. Hats off to the mills A-Team here in Mitchell. I'm grateful to live were I'm cared about.
Looks nice so far. No problems. Really nice carpet and appliances. Internet's included which is really nice.
Ok, in all fairness I loved living here but moving out was a terrible experience. The manager is great and works hard at what she does. However, When I moved out, proper protocol was not followed. I was told that I would be receiving my deposit or at least notice that I wouldn’t be getting my deposit back within 45 days of moving out. We scheduled my final walkthrough the day after I moved everything out, and I arrived the next day at our scheduled time, waited for a half hour, and then had to leave for work.
