We couldn't be happier with the service we received. This is the second time that we've worked with Mills. The first time was to deal with termites when the selling agent colluded with another pest control company to say we didn't have termites, and surprise we did! We have had great service, straight forward communication with Mills. This time we had a flea issue with our dogs that we couldn't get under control. Really happy we went with a family-run business like Mills. When I called Terminix and Orkin, I was directed to a call center where I had to endure a sales pitch from someone who just wanted to upsell me. Talking with Mills was totally straightforward, they were very accommodating when I had to reschedule our appointment, and I was super happy with the work that their technician Nick did at my home. Nick was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!
