I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

Dr. Orlando Mills is a very kind, patient, understanding and knowledgeable doctor. He takes time to explain to you any problems that you might be having. He tries to inform you of all the options possible other than operating. He has a great personality and he will make time to see you if there is any emergencies.
One of the first things I noticed was that the office was handicap-accessible. There is a wheelchair in the foyer to accommodate people with needs. The restroom was handicap-accessible as well. Dr. Mills and his staff are helpful and friendly and try to make an appointment at a time that is convenient. Dr. Mills provides an excellent physical examination and teaching about medications and illness. The office is attractive and is easy to locate.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
