My wife went in for a simple oil change...7 hrs later it was done..she advised me a servive tech in an office came out and advised her she wasnt the only customer who waited to have our Buick done..but 7 hours!!! Sales was great there..meet Don ( didnt get his last name) who was the head of sales..awesome person!! But we will NEVER bring our car in for service there again..its way to messed up there and theres other GM dealers who will treat us like a customer not a problem when we go in for service. First time I booked an appointment I asked the adviser if I could explain my issue to them, they told me "I don't know anything about cars" then told me somebody would reach out. Nobody reached out, so I cancelled the appointment. Second time, I booked an oil change, pulled in, stood there like an idiot while other customers around me were being helped. First and last time ever stepping foot near Mills. 0/10 service. A door knob could service my vehicle better.
EDITED to respond: I can not even begin to explain the absolute disgust I have for the collision center. After my vehicle was taken in for a car accident (was fixable) it was then broken into not once but twice in their lot, window smashed dash ripped apart, screen ripped out, seats damaged and more. No cameras, no accountability, nothing it was 100% my problem that it was broken into and had to go through my insurance again, then resulting in my BRAND NEW 6 month old vehicle being written off. This was my first experience at Mills Motors. I saw a car on their website and booked an appt. to come in. There wasn't a name in the appt. of who I was meeting, so as I was standing at the Reception desk waiting for someone and a gentleman saw me waiting and asked if he could help.
