I had the pleasure of meeting with Ken and Dax at the dealership. This is an authentic dealership that is highly ethical and respects their customers. I have had bad experiences at other places but you will have an amazing experience here. Terrible customer service. Repair service. There is no person that answers the phone, simply an automated voice system that after transferring me to a department, goes back to the automated message that explains that nobody is there to pick up the phone, and they will call me back. It’s been 2 days and multiple subsequent calls, and no call back. I have been without my car for 1 week. Unacceptable. I do not recommend this GMC dealership to anyone if you value customer service
