Have had great service with car insurance in the past luckily never had to use my home insurance till now and was scared had a little hiccup when my adjuster quit and did not turn in paperwork but they admitted their mistake and took care of me my home and my family quickly and that's what really matters honest and efficient
Called in to see about moving my auto policy over to try and save money- that they did! Kelly was great to talk with and quick! He saved me HUNDREDS a month on my auto policy so really should say saved me THOUSANDS! As well helped set my homeowners insurance up more!! Appreciate the kind and knowledgeable customer service i received!

Tree fell on my house they assigned T.P. to be my adjuster. He tried to hire his friend EES engineering to do my inspection. T. and EES have a bad reputation based on other reviews. Asked Kelly just to help me get a new Adjuster and he told me to just let them do what they needed to do. Biggest regret of my life. Kelly has been less than helpful. Will be changing my Agent of Record to say the least
