Great experience, great rates!
I was told that my auto rate would be locked in until a change was made or I remove or add a vehicle. That's the only reason I decided to switch companies. A year later I received an increase. When I reached out to Mills I was told that the agent was new and unfortunately there's nothing that they can do.
Affordable! Very friendly and helpful staff! Between our home, business, and auto insurance, we add or take way a policy often, and they make it so easy and fast to do.
