Been harassing Loren about HVAC stuff for 12 years now. I would not call anyone else EVER! If you're calling other people, you're a fool. Guy is informative, stands behind his work, he's just really someone you can rely on. Thank you!!!

Made a Friday appointment waited until 7pm called left a message and no response.
My AC wasn't working properly, so I called Loren to schedule a service call. He said he was booking out two days but would try to squeeze me in. To my surprise he called that evening and said he was heading to a call and I was next in line.
