Mills Management is the WORST management company you will ever come across. They threaten you as a homeowner. They make it extremely difficult to do anything in your own community and threaten to remove a beautiful landscaped front yard without a written notice to me as the homeowner, as an act of control and power-when their role is to support the community and is paid by the community, they act as a sheriff. please read whole post. honest opinion of old senior citizen. the comments made by mills are not close to the truth about my experience with them. start: not pleasant experience. seemed preoccupied with things other than our community. easily tested and frustrated by the basic running of our neighborhood. not big on responding. didn't send emails daily as stated below. absolutely false. i did report problems w/pictures as they arose to help my community. i guess she considers that complaining because she had to do work and r... read more
