I have been coming to see them since 1998 and they both have been great and very accommodating. I have had some serious dental issues also and they have taken care of them all in a professional and timely manner… rightfully called The Gentle Dentist.
Charlie Mills does a excellent job and his staff. His Practice is superb and your office visit is not a long waiting time. I highly recommend him, I'm one of his patients.
Dr. Mills is very gentle and very thorough and takes the time to listen to my concerns and address my issues. He is very good at what he does.
Appointment made a month ago, Verified insurance with receptionist at that time. Go in for scheduled appointment only to be told by the elitist receptionist that they do not accept "That's insurance". Dr Milla needs to retrain his Staff on what information is needed before an appointment is made!!! The better than you attitude should be left in this employees private life!!!
everyone is super nice. I've only been there twice and was pleased except for the fact that the office seems to be a hot mess. it's very hard to get a hold of someone to make an appointment. I've called 3 times in the last week only to get the voicemail. I've left a couple of messages but no call back. I've had this problem before in the past which leads me to believe this is an ongoing problem. I'm possibly switching dentists because of this.
Dr. Mills is an exceptional dentist. He is caring and professional. The office staff is phenomenal!!!!
