Not helpful at all. My realtor needs insurance documents and stated usually the agent will usually work with him directly since many people don't understand all the lingo. Not this company. Katheryn will be calling to explain it. I guess I have to learn it all, and hopefully send the right documents. They have also LOST 3 checks in the 2 years I have owned this company. I have been with the company for years!! People like aidai nunez made it a perfect place; with her departure, now there's rose who asked her receptionist jessica to do her job bouncing me back and forth until I simply asked to speak to rose herself yet again. I asked for rose's supervisor and jessica informed me that rose is it and no one else....no one? Well I called Geico.....all I had to do was call Geico because there is no one else. I had Mills Insurance since they off of Fred Waring and Monterey.I was ripped off by their agentThat I was supposed to be buying a lifetime extended warranty with the monthly premium and instead they slipped in a 36 months warranty and now that my car is in need of repairs I find out that my policy is worthless
