The technician (Danny) was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Got the problem with our a/c diagnosed very quickly and gave us options to fix our a/c problem. I would highly recommend Mill's Heating and Air Conditioning!!
We had our seasonal visit today and as before, our tech (Javan) was outstanding. He was very thorough and very helpful and was a fantastic representation of Mils. I appreciate Mills for making maintenance easy!
Shout out to Chris Sims from Mills in Farmville. He came to my house today to do a routine service inspection and discovered a potentially dangerous situation. Throughout his lengthy (through no fault of his own) stay in my crawl space, he remained cheerful, calm and competent. Thanks, too, to Sonja in the Mills office for her professionalism and attention to detail. Mills is truly a company to be appreciated and hired.
Mr. Sims was professional, personable, and efficient. He worked quickly and did a great job!
My mom has used Mills for years. They service the unit twice a year, are quick to come for repairs, and are always professional. Highly recomend.
