I just purchased a 2016 Honda CRV from Scott and couldn't be happier. Between Danny, Scott and Joe, this experience couldn't have been better. Joe was very thorough in explaining all the bells and whistles my new car has. Scott was there for me comparing used to new. He is great asset to the Mills team. First off for starters I brought my Honda in for service work and they're supposed to rotate the tires they didn't do it but charged us for it. No I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I brought my car back there for service work again this time I knew my power steering pump was going out they told me it was my belt tensioner pulley in charge me $405 for it and didn't fix the problem. Joe Erickson and team were phenomenal! I've never had another dealership work so hard to find me the perfect vehicle! From showing me options, to test driving, to financing and finally driving off the lot!
Made a lease deal with Kenn Day at Mills Honda in Brainerd. Treated with courtesy and respect throughout the process. Did two test drives, and ended up with a CRV. Can only hope it works out over the next 39 months!
