Great service and prompt. Helped me out when the AC cut off mid August. Would definitely use again.
Mills Heating & Air has been servicing our home HVAC system for more than 6 years. They are always prompt, professional and fairly priced. We've been especially grateful for their after hours/weekend service. In most instances they arrive within 30 minutes to an hour or two after being called. The service technicians who have come to our home have all been both knowledgeable and efficient. The office staff has always been friendly and responsive -- customer service overall is outstanding. Do not hire this company.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I contacted this company and explained that I need a simple hose replaced on my furnace. It took them four weeks to actually get back to me and demanded to come over immediately. It took them three weeks to send me an estimate that was four times the price of any anyone else. At this point they were my fourth estimate. I am inform them I would not be needing their services at which point they demanded $99 for what they termed a service fee. A diagnostic fee, regardless of whether or not service was performed and regardless of whether you were told or not (you were) is standard practice for the industry.
