Mills Garden Apartments is a peaceful and clean environment with reasonable rental rates. Cable, water, and trash are included in your rent. This complex is also located in a great area in Sonora. Went to look at apt and the resident manager talked on and on about bruh usage, don't do it, what the consequences are if you do. For 30 mins .. I never got to ask questions about the complex, rent, deposit. Thinks he's God
Mills Garden Apartments is a wonderful place to live. The units are laid out nicely, and rent is reasonable considering market rates and location. The majority of the units have garages or some sort of storage, laundry hookups, and free basic cable TV service. The road going through the complex is quiet, with speed bumps throughout to keep the neighborhood friendly to playing children.
