Everyone is so friendly. They go above and beyond to take care of customers. I swapped all of my prescriptions over from Walgreens in January 2023 after dealing with yet another rude pharmacy technician during a specific medication shortage, which continues to this day. I was prescribed a new medication. When I went to my pharmacy they told me they were unable to get it and had no ETA of receiving it. I called Mills Family Pharmacy and they were able to get the medication and have it delivered within 2 days! On top of this excellent customer service they also told me where to go online and retrieve a mfr coupon that saved hundreds! After dealing with Walgreens shenanigans for far too long (preferred pharmacy with our insurance), we finally made the decision to switch to a local family pharmacy. I emailed to make sure we could get my husband's ADHD meds (he'd been without them for over a month due to Walgreens having them on back order). My husband had all his medications filled the next day within 5 minutes. I couldn't be more thrilled about our first interaction with Mills, and I can't wait for all of our meds to be transfered there as we need them.

I normally do not write or comment on businesses but, when I come across good people. I will share my experiences with so others will know where to go & not to go service & their actions shows GENUINE! My Dear Community of Murfreesboro , TN(Rutherford) county. my friends and i got stuck on the side of the highway with no gas, it was pretty scary as were all teenage girls and we didn’t know what to do. thankfully the owner of this pharmacy stopped to help us, he was so kind and gave us gas for free. this type of kindness is undoubtedly shown in his business, definitely go! customer service is through the roof
