They are not what they use to be
I’ve lived here at Orchard View for 15 years. It’s well maintained and the only Apartment Complex that has two full bathrooms with two bedrooms that I’m aware of and I’ve looked. Most have to rent a three bedroom to get two baths.
The only way this complex well improve is to get rid of the manager, Emily. She is the most sadistic woman I've ever met. I was in her office and heard her laughing about evicting someone that has children. She said "they can live under a bridge somewhere for all I care, as long as they take the kid with them" I moved shortly after that. I loved it there until she came along.
