We set an appointment a week in advance for handyman projects in our house. After waiting 30 minutes into our appointment window for the representative to show up they called me and canceled because they had an opportunity to make more money at another customer’s project. The gal even explained to me that the previous customer o their schedule wanted additional projects to be completed. So rather than schedule her out for the additional projects, they just canceled my appointment.
