Took mom's car to mill's body shop on division this morning. My family has been doing business with them since I was a kid. Got some of the worst service in 30+ plus year's we've been using them. The estimator was rude! The girl at the counter acted like she knew everything. Told the one in Newburgh,In what happen apparently they've been having issue's with that location. So I went to Newburgh they looked at it and said he would fix it for nothing. Division was gonna cost her $2,000+. We will no longer be using Division
They didn’t complete all of the work listed on the work order, they left grease smudges all over my car’s headliner, and pieces of the interior trim were left loose/falling off. This is the second time I’ve had work done by them, and both times the vehicles came back to me with more things broken than fixed. Too bad it was dealership warranty work, because I’d never actually pay them to do anything else...
RecommendedHad my back quarter panel repaired and they worked very hard in matching the color and doing it right. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommend. We will definitely use them again. Bruce & Sherri Patten
