Took mom's car to mill's body shop on division this morning. My family has been doing business with them since I was a kid. Got some of the worst service in 30+ plus year's we've been using them. The estimator was rude! The girl at the counter acted like she knew everything. Told the one in Newburgh,In what happen apparently they've been having issue's with that location. So I went to Newburgh they looked at it and said he would fix it for nothing. Division was gonna cost her $2,000+. We will no longer be using Division
Went here to get an estimate on Feb 9th. Was told it would be emailed to me in "a couple of days." Nope. called them on the 14th. Guy took my info and said he would get to the bottom of it. It's now the 18th and i guess they didnt want to do the job but couldnt be bothered to contact me. Found a competitor who gave me an estimate within 10 minutes of getting there. i wont call mills again. Wish i could give them -10 stars for not even bothering to call me. wasted a week. thanks.
