**Beware** Do not use this company to service your vehicle. 100% markup on parts and extremely dishonest. My experience was with service department at Classic Jeep in Pineville. I imagine the same dishonest practices are in place for new vehicle purchases as well.
I had a horrible yesterday, ALL DAY. The so called service manager, does not have a Customer Service Bone in their body. Please do yourself a favor and trouble, stay away if you can. the owners should visit and see what is going on in his terrible dealership. I did not sleep a wink last night because of this nightmare. Would give a 0 if I could.
Stay away from this company. We had a horrible experience at Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of South Charlotte. They are dishonest, unprofessional and incompetent. The GM John Bell refused to let me get a vehicle inspected by my mechanic. What are they hiding. Thankfully we walked out.
