Stay away from this company. We had a horrible experience at Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of South Charlotte. They are dishonest, unprofessional and incompetent. The GM John Bell refused to let me get a vehicle inspected by my mechanic. What are they hiding. Thankfully we walked out.
What a horrible experience my wife and I had in purchasing a vehicle with this organization. They messed up the DMV paperwork that caused us significant delays in obtaining a genuine state license plate. It turns out the dealer sold us the vehicle without having actual title to the vehicle in hand. The general manager, Jamil Stanton, handled everything quite poorly.
