Mills air came out to do a diagnostic on my ac. After the diagnostic is was quoted $1500 and given and estimate of 5-7 business days. After missing their call by one minute, I called back more than 6 times to try and get someone to take my money. Not one person would. Even after being given a 5-7 business day turn around for a part, with a small child, I was still willing to pay someone to get it fixed in this 103 degree weather. Today we had two techs from Mills come out for service and repair issues. What a professional two gentleman you have on your staff. Friendly, clean and respectful of property. Stive D had a quick visit on a repair issue and was professional, fair and to the point. Issue addressed and he left. Josh arrived for scheduled maintenance, cleaning etc and went above and beyond to get our unit cleaned, maintained and running to order.
