I'm 61 years old and I've been thinking about downsizing. I stopped by today and was inquiring about a place there in one year. I met the woman in the office named Kelly. She was so inviting and such a nice person. She had a delicious personality. I liked her right away. She showed me an empty apartment. Having lived here almost 20 years, I still enjoy the water, weddings, and other entertainment at the gazebo, even the parades from my balcony. Within walking distance to the Police Department, Post office, many restaurants, a bookstore, and small interesting shops, the library is a bit further. (At certain times, a free trolley is available for those who want to travel further for groceries or to Walmart or other places.
