This place has gone down hill since alot of the doctors left.. write messages for the doctors and they open them and never respond. The girls at the front desk roll their eyes at the patients because the office made the mistake.. definitely going to switch to another doctors office soon because I don't feel we get the quality care we used to here.
If you are running a few minutes late for any reason, don't bother showing up at all. First, let me preface this by saying I have been a patient of Millpond Family Physicians since I was an infant. Growing up, I had no issues with this place; in my adult life, however, every appointment thus far has had some problem with the staff (not my physician, I love her). Dr. Regan is very knowledgeable and thorough. The staff are kind and helpful.
I am so grateful I found this office. The people there are amazing. My doctor is great. My parents recently started going there to and they are very happy. They really take the time to listen to you help you. I never have to wait a long time.
