I went to doctor Millman with multiple health issues. The whole 5 minutes he spent with me was rushed and he acted put-out every time I asked a question. Worst bedside manner! Worst doctor ever!
I have taken off of work for appointments multiple times only to be told upon arriving that they had to reschedule my appointments without letting me know. Today I missed another appointment because I didn’t have a hard copy of an insurance card that they already had on file. Asked for a note to give my employer since I was going to have to take another day, and the lady at the front desk scribbled an illegible note. Rude, unhelpful, awful service.
Front desk is friendly and organized. Dr. Millman was very detail oriented and cared about my health. Donna (RN) was amazing and got my prior authorization approved in less than an hour. I have never had a doctor's office even attempt the prior authorization for me.
The whole of the staff including medical and front office seem to be stuck in the 19 80s but are demanding 2022 prices! Anyone who mentions up to date procedures etc will be ridiculed and probably have to go to Dallas as hundreds of people from this area do for modern medicine. Useless!
Over lapping tests. Rude staff that reflect badly on Dr Millmann. If you say anything they remind you you don't have a choice. I'm seen by an oncologist but his staff says they run their own tests since they are told to by the insurance company.
I have been a patient of Dr Millmann for 20+ years. He takes the time to explain things to me.
I have been seeing Dr. Millmann for 5 years . Dr. Millmann is a very knowledgeable family doctor. I credit Dr. Millmann with saving my life . He did things that helped me survive by knowing enough to refer me to a cardiologist who found that I needed heart surgery along with carotid artery surgery and the necessity to remove my left leg above the knee. Yes Dr. Millmann may seem a little arrogant at times but I would never want any other family doctor .
Today was a disappointment. My 85 year old mother was denied an appointment at this office because she does not have a photo ID. We were told "corporate office" does not allow anyone to be seen without a photo ID even though we had her insurance and social security card available. My mom has never had a photo ID and this has not been an issue until today. When making the appointment the ID requirement was not mentioned and the fact "corporate" interferes with patient care is appalling!
Dr Millmann is very to the point (which I like), has a good humor and is very knowledgeable. He is great at diagnosis because he listens and asks questions about symptoms. His office staff are very friendly.
