They are very thorough, and you never feel like they're rushing to get to the next appointment. I always leave feeling very satisfied.

I spent $130 on 2 shellac manicures, one peeled off in one week. I went back 3 weeks later and spent $350 for a shellac mani, mani & pedi and full set. Mine was the mani and lasted 2 days before 3 nails broke and the rest started peeling. I went back to have the polish removed and they were filed down to nothing and was INCREDIBLY painful. My daughter that had the mani/pedi lasted a week before peeling and she was cut twice during the service. I emailed before posting this review and asked for a partial refund.
