Customer service is back!! I was blown away by the incredible customer service and unmatched nail treatments we received today. The manager Ray booked my last minute appointment for my three daughters and I and clearly and kindly set my expectations for wait times. The technicians are sweet, kind, and friendly and made my daughters feel so special. Eric has been my go-to for my nail needs for years!! He is consistently WONDERFUL! My favorite nail tech by far!
So happy to have found this place. I've been coming here for over a year and have always been happy with the staff and services. Karen is amazing! Sweet, friendly, never rushes, and always does a beautiful job! And they use plastic lining in the pedicure basins for each customer! I love that they offer points rewards, which you can accrue each visit for $$ off future services and every now and again they hold promotions for a % off! I highly recommend coming here!
Lina is the best! She helped me pick out the exact color I wanted and she also shaped my nails perfectly! I always have a positive experience with Lina. I know I will walk away with exactly what I asked for.
