Took ice detention to airport
One of the better FBOs I have been to. Friendly people, CAA participation, spacious lobby with big windows, good coffee and tea selection. This place even has a movie theater for pilots. Special thanks to Brooklyn for taking good care of us today. We definitely will be back.
The receptionist on December 23rd she was to the far right side closest to the entrance treated us like trash and acted like we were an inconvenience to the whole facility. She needs to be talked to by management about her attitude towards other customers.
