Millington lied about services he could perform. Charged 47,000 dollars and decides to quit the case 2 years in!!!! He had a retirement scam instead of plan. Milked my father in law and uncle for every penny he could get. Poor representation, he Mr. Millington admitted He messed up on filing Did not file all the proper documents, Allowed a dirty judge to continue to judge the case. Horrible experience. Called trying to find an attorney. Tried to explain to Millington what was going on. He kept cutting me off and jumping to conclusions I asked him politely to please allow me to explain so that he has the correct details and he began yelling at me at the top of his lungs and then screams " forget it" and hung up.
