Milliner's Southern Smoke prepared a whole pig for our son's Senior Art Show at Alfred University last weekend. There were a lot of food tables there but there was only a line at ours. The pig was beautifully prepared and presented, and tasted amazing! Everyone as Milliners was really nice, and they know how to smoke meat. In addition to the restaurant they have a food truck. I'm getting really hungry writing this.

Barbecue was truly beautiful. The pulled pork restored my faith in northern BBQ.
