Dale is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! It's only him running a tiny and unorganized office. He'll call you and make it sound like he has something when he does NOT. One time at his old office in Solon, I showed up waited over an hour for this guy in shorts eating ice cream to show up and say I WAS UNPROFESSIONAL because I didn't have a "sport coat".
