For the sanity of your employees, do NOT use this company! As mentioned in another review. Trying to gain access to your own account takes months! You need a pin to register your account and then after finally receiving it in the mail, they require a pin for distribution. If you call to receive any type of support, they require ANOTHER pin! I'm with the other reviewers - I understand security but this is absurd! My consultant Raven was ABSOLUTELY the best. She guided me step by step on the entire process. Plus, the patience she showed was exceptional!!!
DO NOT use this company for investments or 401K rollovers. They will lose your rollover check and then take months to make the actual deposit - no one there knows what they are doing and all they do is lie.
I am VERY frustrated with Milliman. I get the importance of account security but it's a little ridiculous. I had to wait for my account to transfer from a previous company. I know that takes time and so I waited a month then after the blackout I called. I was told before the transfer that if my current email, address, and phone number were on file I could access the account immediately. Wrong. I was told I needed a pin to access my account. Ok fine. Do not have a 401K with any company that uses Milliman as their provider. They will hold your money for years after you leave your employer. And their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
