This is one of your employees! This is who you employ? I sure do hope you don’t know about her racism and will take action or maybe you will just sweep it under the rug?? I hope one can take action against your employees. I hope this company doesn’t want this type of racism carrying the name of this company.
I worked at this place and they do not treat everyone equally. This place has a good ole boy system and they absolutely treat black people different from the way they treat their white workers. They leave no opportunity for promotion. It was very hard working at place that only watches their black workers while letting others do as they please. I wouldn’t recommend u seek employment from a place like this.
Milliken was always a great work place. I worked an off schedule that allowed me to attend college while I was there and my management was always supportive of those activities. I would have loved to return after my time in the military, but (unless things have changed) Milliken doesn't rehire former employees.
Great innovative Company to work for. Great benifits for all their employees from day one.
I wish the red head guard Sam wasnt so rude eating all day
