Sent an inquiry directly to an agent's email (Ryan) after someone recommended him. No response at all. So I Googled the agency and now I understand the poor reviews. Totally unprofessional. Zero communication. Avoid.
Called to find out about 24 belden ave commercial real estate rental listing, jason responded himself. While I understand he may have specific tenants/businesses he wants to rent out to he was super rude and condescending. Listing is for 30K SQ.FT retail commercial space and the call was to ask if he would would subdivide, as I would want to put in a restaurant, Cafe Bar with on premise liquor service. I would have asked if he would rent approximately 10K Sq.FT of that 30K Sq.ft of space for my purpose. We never got around t... read more
Asked about a listing He asks for 12 questions and then after I answered them immediately responded with this. This is highly unprofessional
I reached out to this agency and the assigned agent on multiple occasions, both by phone and email, but received absolutely no response. It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially when you're trying to get assistance. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you're looking for a reliable and responsive agency, I would suggest looking elsewhere. My experience with this agency has been nothing but disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone
