Beautiful black metal roof looks perfect on our old farmhouse! Got an immediate quote from the owner; job lined up within the month; workers on time and worked right through the day; workers are cleancut young men who were extremely courteous and very nice. All in all I rate Milligan Metal Roofing Specialists as a 5***** business and highly recommend them!
Very happy with our new metal roof!! Henry was very easy to deal with. He answered all my questions, delivered the materials in a neat and efficient manner. He was very prompt with the estimate, job went well and was completed in due time, the crew cleaned up in a professional manner and did a walk around before payment. Sealed the deal with a handshake and a smile. Highly recommend!!

Mr Milligan, with his team arrived at the job site on time and did a fantastic job. Clean neat and professional! I was in New York City and could not be at the property for the installation but these guys are trustworthy.
