I recently move to 255 dunlop from toronto and it was a huge move for me and my family at first I kept replaying what to expect and what not to expect but honestly in all my life renting in Ontario I’m happy to honestly say from the bottom of my heart it’s the most happy and comfortable I have ever Felt. I recently visited the property to meet an old friend, and was very surpised at the property. It was very clean and i can tell well maintained. I spoke to the super lorena briefly and she was very sweet and professional. I would definitely recommend enquiring about property rental if your looking for a cozy, and comfortable living experience.
No review is good without some experience and time behind it. We moved in the units at 255 Dunlop St. W. back in May 2021. 4 months later, I can say it's a great place to live. Great sense of community here, and some of our neighbours have been here for years! Resident manager is always available and she is always seen working hard around the building. We look forward to our time ahead here at Milligan Apartments.
