*UPDATE* I've now been here 12 years and I stand by my original review. Repairs are made within a very short period of time, the Super is still easy to deal with and pleasant AND it's still one of the cheapest 3 bedroom 2 story apartments to rent in Barrie. ---I've been renting here for over 4 years now. I recently move to 255 dunlop from toronto and it was a huge move for me and my family at first I kept replaying what to expect and what not to expect but honestly in all my life renting in Ontario I’m happy to honestly say from the bottom of my heart it’s the most happy and comfortable I have ever Felt. I recently visited the property to meet an old friend, and was very surpised at the property. It was very clean and i can tell well maintained. I spoke to the super lorena briefly and she was very sweet and professional. I would definitely recommend enquiring about property rental if your looking for a cozy, and comfortable living experience.
