I have been living here for 2 1/2 years and I can’t say nothing too good. For me and my family it’s just a place to live. The rent is too high for these outdated apartments and every year you stay they add an additional 100$ onto the rent and theirs a 38$ fee to pay by card which is just greedy plus i’ve done killed 20+ water bugs/roaches since i moved in do yourself a favor and save your money I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it’s overpriced and outdated
My boyfriend and I planned on moving into these apts, they looked really from the tour & Ms. Alexandria was extremely kind, but safe to say I’m glad that we didn’t move here. We put in our applications, but weren’t aware that it takes days before they withdraw it from your card so we were charged an added fee for them not receiving my app fee after I called twice asking and telling them about it. I was told that they took it out and that I was fine but come the day of our move in, we got a call saying they didn’t receive it ... read more
The staff members are awesome,Everything i need is in this place,dog park ,washer and dryer in unit,green view, convenient store,the only problem this place is building 4 i s terrible i have doper neighbors, wake up with the Marijuana smell.
I love it here. So peaceful and quiet
