Was enjoying the apartment for almost a year then I noticed there roaches in my bathroom and kitchen. I never dealt with this before so I did my part but gave the apartments a chance to rectify it. The problem seemed to be solved for 2 months but I just saw two roaches within the last 2 days. Learn from me: save your money and move to a better place. This was my first apartment and I used to really enjoy it but now I can’t stand it. I pay way too much rent to have to deal with this
The apartments esthetically look ok from the outside and the grounds seem to be well kept. Depending on the level of remodel the interiors are pretty good too. Hillary the "Manager", on the other hand, is a great example of someone who should not be the representative face of a business. Her unprofessionalism started during the tour of the property when she made what I initially thought to be a joke about not kidnapping her. Nice apartment complex with fantastic staff in the office. Maintenance responds quickly. And the pools are well kept. I highly recommend Millicent Crossing and will certainly be renewing my lease.
It's quite and clean. The office and maintenance staff are awesome
Very nice and quiet place Pet friendly Close to lots of different places to eat and shop Love that it is near my place of work Been here for a while and never really had to complain about anything And maintenance is quick to fix anything you need
