Millicent Brasserie offers a truly unique, one-of-a-kind, multi-sensory dining experience. Our dinners include 7 to 10-course tasting menu of cuisines from around around, including molecular gastronomy (6 to 9 small tasting course + 1 main course) Currently we are offering 2 dining events each week on Thursday and Saturday night at 7pm. Ever since Millicent Brasserie opened, I have been wanting to try it. Last evening, I finally had the opportunity to do so and was so glad that I did! Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but Chef Vincent DePaul Tran and his staff were amazing. Chef Vincent truly puts his heart into each dish he creates, as reflected by how delicious and creative each one is. His staff was also so nice and made the evening even more special. We celebrated our birthdays last night. I'm a picky eater and was mainly going for the experience but was totally surprised that I ate everything served. Not only was the plating beautiful, but was so delicious. Chef Vincent is amazing and we can't wait to go back.
My daughters and I loved Millicent Brasserie. The food was excellent. The dishes that Chef Vincent prepared were beautiful and were explained in detail. He is a true gentleman in his mission to please people with his dishes and be charitable through his great talent. If you haven't gone to Millicent Brasserie take a chance and treat yourself. I am planning another evening dinner again soon.

Not another experience like it in the Tulsa area. Delicious and unique food. Interior atmosphere is awesome. Service was great. A perfect place to take your wife for a special date.
Fabulous evening with Chef Vincent DePaul Tran and the amazing staff at Millicent Brasserie. He takes such pride in his food, the presentation and overall experience. The staff is lovely and remembers your name, which is a nice detail. It's all the little things that make the evening a fabulous experience. Bring friends and plan on staying for a few hours. We will definitely be back.
This was an exceptional dining experience. I recommend Millicent Brasserie without hesitation! The hosts were attentive and gracious, the chef himself was a real treat--so friendly--and the food was outstanding from beginning to end. I enjoyed it immensely and anticipate my next visit with enthusiasm.
We had such an amazing discovery of flavor and presentation tonight. The food was 5 star and Vincent and company were delightful and comfortably accommodating. (the music was a great mix as well).
Amazing food! Amazing staff! Chef Vincent does no wrong when he plans his food experiences. The entire staff is so attentive and great at making you feel comfortable! Worth every penny!
