i had my unit installed a little over 2 weeks ago. i have had 3 service calls for my thermostat . we also failed our inspection. the service techs and installers we very nice, but three thermostats , that is a little much. i also requested that on my last service call that one of the higher ups in the company call me as i am very upset. he said it would not be untill monday . well it is 330 and no word from anyone. i guess i will have to give 1 star. customer service is a wonderfull thing
