I drove 45 minutes to buy a specific used item. I was told they hadn't had time to go over it yet and they would do it the following week. Three weeks later I had to call only to be told "they just hadn't had a chance to look it over yet and they would try to get to it". Needless to say, they lost a guaranteed sale.
The customer service is is the best I have ever seen. They stand behind their quality work and repairs. Will Deffently be a return customer.
Great service and tons of merchandise, I just wish it was closer to State College!
