Arthur gave me an estimate via text (by looking at public arial pictures) then he came out to look at the job. He did not increase the price. Gave me a date and time. They showed up on time. They took 2 hours for my roof and 4 outbuildings. Giovanni walked around the house with me to verify the roof was clean. I found a few spots, he went back over those spots and finished the job to my 100% satisfaction.
Great company to work with- professional, on time, left everything looking brand new. Very happy with our experience!

They arrived on time this morning and cleaned my roof and gutters and went over and above in clean up. Membrane roof is like new. Also aluminum portion of roof super clean also. Highly recommend this company.
Wow! WOW! Wow! My roof and pavers look brand new. My tile roof was looking so dirty and it was time to start the research of finding a company to clean the roof. I reached out to MillerTime and they got back to me very quickly. That was shocking all by itself, but they came today as promised, right on time, professional and the cost was reasonable.
