Dentists are changed on a very frequent basis. Some are much better than others but with no consistency you never know what to expect. The recent office in Millersville appears to come straight from an Ikea catalog as well. Time to move on.
I encourage all who are considering this practice to find another dentist. We originally began visiting Susquehanna Family Dentistry in Marietta. This was formerly Dr. Stewart's practice. We weren't there long before they were consumed by Lifetime Dental. We were willing to transition to the new office, however, it wasn't long before we saw a pattern developing with expensive procedures and costs that were often more than what had been initially quoted. Before reading below, please know that the regional manager reached out to me, was incredibly kind, and this issue was resolved. Because of that, I changed my rating from 1 to 5. It was truly exceptional customer service . *SITUATION RESOLVED, NEW MGMT* AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Hey, I put a scathing review on this website about a month ago, and it disappeared. I've gotten the attorney general involved to review my information because Lifetime not only made a mistake and misquoted my estimate amount, then after the procedure, handed me a bill for more than 2 times the estimate amount. They won't rescind any of their mistake. I'm stuck with the whole amount! UNPROFESSIONAL!!
This place bought out Dr. Keith Stewart practice in Marrietta, PA and closed the door within 2 months. I felt bad for the couple employees that had worked for Dr Stewart for years. I went twice to this dental practice in Millersville, all new staff each time and a rude strong armed dentist each time if I didn't get dental x-rays they refused to treat me.
