Would have been nice to get that estimate Miller's promised, maybe that appointment through your site without having to call and beg. Customer service isn't a priority here. Also, I'm a one-owner car purchaser. To be told my car had work previously done that I never had done, crushed my confidence level with Miller's. Dealers are hard to trust, since they inflate prices, but so are small businesses, apparently. Women, choose carefully, or regret your choice. Second opinions matter.
