Quick, friendly, and professional. I recently took two Craftsman lawnmowers and a Simpson power washer to Miller's Small Engine Works. The owner, Roger, set a great expectation when I first dropped off my equipment so there were no questions regarding price and the turnaround time for my equipment to be prepared. Called Millers Small Engine Repair looking to get some help with a brand new generator that would not start. I left a message and Roger called back the next day. He was swamped as everyone was trying to get their generators ready for the upcoming apocalypse. Even being almost overwhelmed with work, Roger took the time to call me and gave me a few suggestions to try on my own.
