Long term care doesn’t have assignment sheets for CNAs which means we can not properly handle people with care. Could hurt ourselves and residents. Not enough incontinence pads for everyone on night shift. Russian architecture that’s doesn’t promote cultural diversity
I had a family friend there briefly for hospice care and I do not feel she was cared for as she should have been. On the night that she passed they were supposed to be in every 30 minutes to check on her and hourly to give her morphine which both orders came from the hospice nurse. We were there 3 hours and didn't see 1 person enter her room to do either. I'm just relieved she isn't suffering anymore OR depending on care that she wasn't getting. Twice now while visiting my mother she has called a nurse to help her to the bathroom and both times they have taken over 25 minutes to come help her and by then its to late. so they complain about having to change sheets on the bed I've been told i can not assist her while she is in the facility insurance reasons the staff does not care about the residents. The office staff is useless and the finance office lady Renee is rude also be ready for the office staff to lie to your face about policies
My Mom has been at this facility for 3 weeks now & loves it, it’s like living in a big family, so there’s going to be issues to change or fix, that’s life, everything I have requested has been changed or fix, these nurses & aids work hard & need be Acknowledged, Thanks so much !,❤️ I am so thankful for the ones who have been so helpful & kind to my Mom, may God richly bless all the people concerning this home for our precious Seniors, ❤️ I am giving a 4 * because I haven’t had that much contact yet.......
