This has to be one of the worse experiences I’ve had with a business. I’ve called this business 4 different times (I’m on hold right now as I type this knowing the man won’t be coming back to the phone) within 2 weeks about getting my window fixed or replaced. The first 3 times they just kept asking for my name number and address telling me someone would be calling me. No one ever did. Mr. Curtis. Is excellent at his craft. Came fix my low pressure water in two bathrooms,kitchen, basement , and cleaned up behind them self which I greatly appreciate the you Mr Cutis. & Mr. Man.
